We are currently experiencing an outage at the Meekatharra gateway affecting all services including voice, data, packet data as well as SPOT and Simplex services in the Meekatharra footprint.

Works are underway to restore services as soon as possible.

Initial troubleshooting has been performed at the gateway with works ongoing to restore services.

We have escalated to Globalstar and their engineers will be assisting with recovery efforts.

Engineers are continuing to request assistance from Globalstar engineers in restoring services.

Works will be ongoing where possible however there may be an extended outage due to the nature of the fault, required expert support, contractor and material availability.

Engineers have continued to request assistance from Globalstar engineers in restoring services and this activity is ongoing with urgency.

Further efforts have been performed as guided by expert Globalstar support to try and restore services.
